Answers stay on the page in front of you and never reach beyond what it shows.

Signal questions

Which signal matters most?
Listing coherence: when title, photos, and options disagree, the other signals have nothing stable to support.
How old can a listing be?
Age is context, not a signal alone; a dated old listing with coherent parts can still support a row.
Do shop follower counts count?
Only as context; counts are platform-rendered and do not describe this row's listing.

Outcome questions

What does a mixed outcome change?
The row saves with a flag naming the exact mismatch and its next recheck question.
When is a source doubtful?
When identity itself is uncertain: the photos, title, or options point at different products.
Can a doubtful source recover?
Yes, when a later listing state resolves the conflict; the recheck note records what changed.

Boundary questions

Does a pass mean the item is authentic?
No. The check reads listing consistency; authenticity questions belong to the platform's inspection process.
Does the check predict delivery?
No. Logistics questions live with the carrier and platform after an order exists.
Should checks mention the shop name?
Keep the shop reference factual and dated; reputation language stays out of the row.

Outcome notes

Flags age better than feelings

A row saved with a named mismatch and a recheck date survives later confusion; a row saved on a vague impression does not.

Observed beats assumed

Answers point to what a dated observation can support.

Gaps stay visible

Unanswered parts of a question stay named instead of papered over.

Decisions stay dated

Every recheck carries the date that makes it retraceable.

Carry unanswered parts into the next live check

A static answer should never disguise a changing platform detail.
